Abstract

The involved phenomena in the interaction of electrons and matter are suitable signals to know about nanoparticles. For technological applications of nanomaterials it is necessary to know in detail such as the shape, size, crystallinity and composition of materials. The study and determination of these physical properties of the materials are possible using transmission electron microscopes. This information show, the architecture of transmission electron microscope and its main characteristics about four instruments briefly. Then I presented detailed study of two powder type particles step by step, understanding in detail each experimental results obtained with different electron microscopes. The procedures exposed in the study of materials with different examples are reinforced to complement the adequate way of interpreting experimental results acquired by different instruments.
