Nanobioética, fundamento de la nanoseguridad y la nanodefensa

Abstract

Nanotechnology boom generates new questions, not only in innovative applications, but also in the reflection of risks that may appear. In this article, we intend to carry out an approach to this current scenario and from there we approached the speech of the nanosafety, nanosecurity and nanodefense, whence also we will make reference to the nanoterrorism, a field that States must begin to consider opening a kind of nanodialogue with the citizens. This life care must be linked to a nanotechnology bioethical reflections, wich will be the subject of reflection in the second part of this text, a nanobioethics that allows to identify ontological principles which are not negotiable, not as a brake to the science and technique but as an attempt to humanize it, always indicate to every Man as his true reason for being.
