As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The file sent is in word processor, with no reading password.
  • Web addresses have been added for references whenever possible.
  • The text has double spacing; font size 12; italics instead of underlining (with the exception of URL addresses).
  • The text meets the bibliographic and style requirements indicated in Guidelines for authors.
  • If the submission is intended for a peer-reviewed section, the authors have to be sure that instructions in Ensuring an anonymous peer review have been followed.
