1. Exclusivity: manuscripts sent to Mundo Nano must be unpublished and their authors undertake not to submit them simultaneously to other publications: thus it is necessary to attach this document: Statement of originality and non-simultaneous postulation.
2. Nature of the manuscripts: contributions received for possible publication must be original results from high-quality academic work. Only works related to nanoscience and nanotechnology will be accepted, including approaches that underscore their social, environmental, ethical and legal implications, on condition of thoroughly and explicitly presenting the theoretical-methodological strategies resorted to and emphasizing the findings or their application.
3. Anonymity in the authors’ identity: the articles must include neither in the text nor in the footnotes information that discloses their identity; this in view of ensuring anonymous assessments by the academic peers in charge of the review. If necessary, such information might be added once the peer revision process is accredited.
4. Co-authorships: according to the editorial policy and regarding collective authorship, four authors at most will be accepted; should articles by more authors be submitted, the reason for this and the nature of the co-authorship must be justified, being dependent on the Editorial Committee the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript. In all cases, the sort of participation of each of the authors must be indicated. In no instance will changes in the presentation order of the authors when submitting the article be accepted and neither will it be possible to suppress nor add any author not included from the start; hence, it is necessary to identify such information in the registration data.
5. Frequency of publication: when an author has published in Mundo Nano, they shall wait for a year to publish again.
6. Publication languages: texts written both in Spanish or English will be received.
